Materials:

• 1 plain 2-pocket folder
• Magazine celebrity or other pictures
• White glue
• Scissors
• Fabric paint

Directions:

Glue magazine pictures to the top cover of folder. When dry, put about a tablespoon of white glue on top of pictures. With fingers very carefully spread the glue out over all the pictures, so there's a white film covering the pictures. When the glue is dried it should give a soft glazed look to the pictures. Use fabric paint to outline pictures. Fabric paint can also be used to write subjects or names.
